Join us for a deeply restorative aerial sound bath designed to gently guide you back to your center. Held in the comfort of a cocoon-like hammock, you’ll be supported above the ground while healing sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other grounding instruments, move through the body and energy field.
The combination of floating in the air and being surrounded by sound creates a calming effect on the nervous system, supports emotional release, and invites deep stillness.
